SETUP INSTRUCTIONS OF YOUR TRANSFER :
1 - Our drivers wear a mask during their service.
2 - Your transfer will not involve any contact.
3 - A minimum distance of 1 meter will be maintained between each passenger in our vehicles.
4 - We provide you with a private vehicle by reservation only (couple, family or single only, no sharing).
5 - All our vehicles are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected after each service.
FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS :
1 - A video safety briefing of the flight is broadcasted on large screens. Please pay attention.
2 - Each client will be taken by a member of the team to their balloon, respecting the social distance of 1 meter.
3 - In the basket, each compartment has a transparent plastic separation to ensure full protection during the flight.
4 - All the baskets are cleaned and disinfected after each flight.
